This 9 storey building belonging to BetXchange was completely revamped. Large double volume shopfronts with pivot doors leading out on to the balcony were installed in the lower levels. The upper stories have top hung and fixed windows. The glass in the stairwell area is one way glass, i.e., 6.38mm S10 Bronze.
